Welcome.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by grief, lost, stuck, or unsure of who you are or where you’re going, this is a space for you.

You might be carrying a sense of hopelessness, disconnection, or emotional numbness. Perhaps you feel isolated, struggle to understand yourself, or find yourself caught in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or the feeling that you’re not enough.

This space is for those who feel deeply, highly sensitive people, neurodivergent adults, and those who have spent so long caring for others that they’ve become burned out or disconnected from themselves.

Here, you are welcomed into an intuitive, attuned, and thoughtfully informed virtual therapeutic space.

Together, we will gently explore your experiences, emotions, and the beliefs and stories you carry. At your pace, we’ll work toward greater understanding, healing, and meaningful change.

You will be met with acceptance, empathic reflection, gentle humour, and thoughtful challenge  always grounded in compassion.

You are not someone to be “fixed.”

All parts of you ,your experiences, your struggles, your sensitivity, and your hopes are welcome here.

Your Story.
Your Way.
You Centred.

Hello

About Me.

I have an NHS  background most recently supporting those attending A&E experiencing mental health and emotional distress.

Alongside my professional work, I was a Special Guardian supporting a child with Developmental trauma and ADHD. This deeply personal journey highlighted the limited support parents and caregivers receive who support children who are vulnerable and frequently misunderstood. This inspired me to create a place where parents and caregivers can  feel heard and understood.

Completing a Diploma in Therapeutic Parenting and later a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling, I combined my learning, wisdom and profound lived experience to be able to extend thoughtful, attuned, informed and compassionate support.

As a late-diagnosed Audhd woman, I also understand the complex feelings and challenges that can arise around parenting, identity, shame, and grief .

All these experiences ,including my own trauma and difficult life experiences has shaped my own healing journey and my passion for helping others reconnect with themselves,

move towards healing and understanding

.

I have volunteered with the Samaritans and with a parenting charity

during the Covid pandemic.

I currently volunteer with a bereavement charity offering grief counselling

alongside my private practice

I remain committed to ongoing personal and professional development,

particularly in the areas of trauma, neurodivergence, and grief.

I offer a genuine, tender and responsive space where you can explore

your experiences in your own way and at your own pace.

I look forward to working with you.

Warmly,

Dawn.
